1. Product description

800mm Width Copper Strip Roller Cast Resin Transformer Foil Winding Machine BRJ800-2 is a special foil winding machine to winding conductor foil coils for dry type transformer and other similar products. This foil winding machine is driven by a 15KW motor, which can wind one or two layers of copper or aluminium foil strip and one or two layers of insulation paper. The foil and bus bar are welded with TIG. Burr removal unit is driven by pneumatic. Cleaning system is also driven by pneumatic. The foil decoiler can be expand and extract for placing the foil material with inner diameter 500mm.
